7th Grade Kachina Doll Project
Seventh grade students are allowed to select a picture of an authentic kachina doll to copy. The feet are carved from plaster, the body and arms and legs are made of wood, the head is ceramic and the final step is clothing of leather, feathers and fur. Funds for the leather, feathers and fur are generously donated by the Green Valley White Elephant.
